FAQ: My ISP requires POP3 login before allowing messages to be sent. Does eXchange POP3 support this?
Yes.
Some Internet Service Providers require you to login to your POP3 account (mailbox) before sending to authenticate
your IP address as a valid address from which to send.
eXchange POP3 can be configured to perform in this manner.
