FAQ: How do I save (archive) a copy of every message?

You will need to create a folder.
From eXchange POP3 Administration program's main menu select:
File Manage Folders
A dialog will appear. Click New and specify the name of the folder.
After the folder is created, open the Rules section:
eXchange POP3 Configuration Rules
Click the Add Rule button on the toolbar.
The Rules Wizard will appear.
Step 1: Specify Conditions

Click Next.
A warning will appear saying that you have not specified any conditions and therefore this rule will be applied
to every message.
Click Yes.
Step 2: Specify Actions

Select save a copy to the specified folder.
The action should now appear in the Rule Description box. From the Rule Description box, click the action.
A dialog will appear letting you specify the folder.
Click Next.
Step 3: Specify Exceptions

Click Next.
Step 4: Finish

Enter a name for the rule and a short description and click the Finish button.
