You can create your own folders by selecting Manage Folders from the File Menu. You can also specify how long you want messages to exist in a folder before they are automatically removed. A Virus folder is already provided for quarantining infected messages. See Virus Scanning for more information. folder view When you double-click a folder you will be presented with a view of the folder's contents along with a toolbar for managing its messages, as shown above. toolbar Open/Forward Displays a dialog containing message details and allows you to forward the message to a list of recipients. more...
